MenuRobin membership and service terms

By using MenuRobin you agree to the terms below. The service is operated by Nilsu Ece.

1. Parties and scope

These Terms govern the relationship between MenuRobin (the "Service Provider") and any individual or legal entity accessing the platform (the "User"). By starting to use the service, you accept these Terms.

2. Description of the service

MenuRobin is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that lets businesses such as restaurants and cafés create, manage and publish QR-code based digital menus. Features include menu building, category and item management, QR code generation, scan analytics, table ordering and waiter calls.

3. Account creation and security

  • You must register with a valid email address and be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of your legal representative.
  • You are responsible for your account security. Do not share your password; you are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect any security breach.

4. Subscription and payment

MenuRobin offers paid plans: Starter, Pro and Business. All plans begin with a 14-day free trial; no card details are requested during the trial. Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and the subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected). Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, which is responsible for billing, applicable taxes and invoicing. Cancellation and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. User content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you upload (images, text, prices). The following uses are prohibited:

  • Publishing misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content.
  • Using copyrighted material without authorization.
  • Uploading software or code that may harm the system.
  • Using the platform for spam, phishing or fraud.
  • Sending excessive/automated requests that disrupt normal operation of the service.

6. Intellectual property

The platform's software, design, logo and content belong to Nilsu Ece. Using the service does not grant you ownership of these. You own the menu content you create; you grant us a license to host and display that content as part of providing the service.

7. Availability and changes

We take reasonable care to keep the service running without interruption; however, temporary outages may occur due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or force majeure. We reserve the right to change features, release updates, or discontinue certain functionality.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". MenuRobin is not liable for user content, the accuracy of menu information, or indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our liability is limited to the subscription fee you paid for the relevant period.

9. Suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
