Refund & Cancellation Policy
Trial, cancellation and refunds for MenuRobin subscriptions
This policy explains how the free trial, cancellation and refunds work for MenuRobin subscriptions. Payments are handled by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC.
1. Free trial
All plans start with a 14-day free trial. No card details are required to begin the trial, and you are not charged unless you choose to upgrade to a paid plan.
2. Billing & automatic renewal
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance in US Dollars (USD) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected). Applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page or via the customer portal link in your receipt emails. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period, after which it will not renew and your account moves to the free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless required by applicable law.
4. Refunds
Because Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all purchases, refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with their refund terms and applicable consumer-protection law. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us at support@menurobin.com and we will help coordinate the request; refunds, when granted, are returned to the original payment method.
